Must have 3yrs min in dental front office using Dentrix

- Founded 40 yrs ago by Dr Ginger Price(one of top cosmetic dentists on US west coast) & now led by Dr Colleen Donnelly DMD FAGD (ranked top 1%). Privately owned single location boutique
- Practice exudes luxury & sophistication using latest technology & equipment to deliver notch quality of care & service. We are averaging 70-80 new patients per month for last 3 years by being ethical forming genuine connections & giving education (never any upsell)
- We treat staff like family & patients like friends. We have 2 visiting oral surgeons a periodontist & our own master ceramist on staff
- Fee For Service & only in network with Delta Premier your values should align with this model & prefers QUALITY over quantity.

Role Overview:
- Greeting patients answering phones / emails / text msgs optimizing the schedule maintaining records & coordinate patient flow assist with presenting treatment
- Support patient care coordinators & dentists assist with strategic marketing activities coordinate lunch & learns / team building activities

Requirements:
- Required: Min 3 yrs in dental front officeusing Dentrix
Office hours:
- Mon to Thurs 8am-5pm every 2nd Fri 8am-2pm
