Job Summary
Were looking for a talented professional buyers agent to join our expanding team of real estate professionals. You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale you will be the buyers point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. - Daily work CRM to call and nurture leads
- Actively seek out new lead sources through networking building databases cold calling open houses etc
- Convert leads into appointments through effective communication via phone email etc.
- Attend appointments with clients to show properties that fit their needs/wants list as well as inform them about current market conditions
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to help them secure property at a fair price
- Assist clients through every step of the home buying/selling process from start to finish
- Stay up to date on local market trends as well as changes in regulations surrounding real estate transactions
