Position Summary
Join our Assembly team where youll be hands-on building high-quality gearboxesnot just pushing buttons. This role requires mechanical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple assembly combinations. Youll play a direct role in producing precision equipment in a clean climate-controlled and safe facility.

Job Duties

Assemble gearboxes and related units including Stober units MGS Planetary BAF and Motors.
Follow written instructions and diagrams to ensure proper build and fit.
Execute computer transactions and associated paperwork to update order status.
Inspect and verify your own work for quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Coordinate daily tasks and collaborate with other team members.
Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader or Manager.

Qualifications

Qualifications Experience & Skills Required

Education: HS Diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Related assembly or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
Skills:

Mechanical ability and comfort using hand tools.
Basic computer literacy.
Ability to follow written instructions and adapt to multiple assembly combinations.
Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
Self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Physical Demands
This role regularly requires use of hands and fingers to handle or feel; reaching with hands and arms; and clear communication. Standing walking stooping kneeling crouching pushing and pulling up to 50 pounds are frequent. Occasionally sitting climbing and balancing may be required. Vision requirements include close distance color peripheral depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
