JOB DESCRIPTION :

* Overall P&L Head with responsibility of managing the existing business and achieving new revenue targets on PAN India basis for IT staffing & contracting business.
* Managing business development activities entailing mapping of new market segments
* Acquiring New Clients on a regular basis
* Deals with Hunting & Farming of accounts.
* Generate new business for the company and increase company revenues through IT contract staffing.
* Designing Temporary Staffing Proposal Letter of Intent (LOI) Vendor Service
* Agreement and Work Agreement for Contract Staffing benchmarking the industry standards
* Handling Team who Design HRMS - Employee Data Sheet Addition Deletion
* Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer escalations.
* Responsible for preserving the business within the account and generating new business.
* Create credibility build strong lasting client relationships and earn the clients trust.
* Client Relationship Management
* Meeting existing clients for getting new requirements
* Post Sales Closures & Strategic Planning
