RSM US is looking for a Senior Associate to join the TAS DigitalInnovation & Analyticsteam within Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). This role focuses on the development enhancement and maintenance of digital products platforms and solutions. The solutions developed will address industry trends financial performance and operational metrics providing valuable insights and recommendations to middle-market clients.
About the Team:
The TAS DigitalInnovation & Analyticsteam willbe responsible forexecuting various data and digital initiatives within TAS. This team works withTASleadershipto develop solutions and enable TAS teams toassistcorporate and private equity clients on complex investment decisions that involve due diligence analysis extensive data modeling and data part of the digital innovation & analytics team you will drive platform product and solutions to support various initiatives within TAS. Initially your key focus will be on developing enhancing and maintaining our benchmarking platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumenand experience ofworking on digital platforms withexpertisein data transformations advanced data handling tools databases and reporting (Alteryx SQLPowerBI). Additionally the candidate shouldpossessexceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

At RSM an employees pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including but not limited to education skills work experience certifications location etc. As such pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $79000 - $126500Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
