What Youll Bring:

Youre a seasoned proposal leader with a passion for excellence innovation and team development. You bring:

  • 10 years of experience in proposal management including35 years in a senior leadership role with a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Experience managingglobal or regional proposal operations with a strong understanding ofcommercial government and/or global RFPs depending on business focus.
  • APMP certification(Foundation Practitioner or Professional) preferred.
  • Atrack record of innovation including successful implementation oftechnology solutions and aforward-thinking approachto integrating tools likeAI and data analyticsinto daily operations and strategic planning.
  • Deep knowledge ofproposal development best practices tools and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency inproposal automation tools(e.g. Responsive)CRM platforms(e.g. Salesforce) andcollaboration platforms(e.g. SharePoint MS Teams Confluence).
  • Strong capabilities incoaching mentoring and developing talent across functions with experiencerecruiting retaining and growing team members.

  • Experiencedesigning and conducting trainingfor proposal teams and matrixed business partners.

  • Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills includingsenior-level reportingon team metrics.
  • Skilled innegotiation persuasion and relationship managementat senior levels.
  • Ability toanalyze complex ambiguous issuesacross departments and develop actionable solutions.
  • Experience withrisk assessment and mitigationin proposal strategy.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to building strong partnerships withSales leadership Solutions Consulting teams and SMEsunderstanding their business needs and aligning proposal efforts to deliver the best solutions for customers.

Impact Youll Make:

As the Director of the Proposals Team you will lead a strategic function that supports the needs of multiple departments and business units across TransUnion. You will:

  • Set thevision and strategyfor proposal development ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and driving operational excellence.
  • Oversee thefull proposal lifecycle enforce governance frameworks and ensure compliance and efficiency through the use of advanced toolsincludingAI-powered solutions.
  • Lead a team of talented professionals with management authority overperformance budget and strategic direction.
  • Collaborate withSales Legal Finance Product Solutions Consulting SMEs andExecutive leadershipto develop compelling compliant and winning proposals.
  • Invest indeveloping strong partnershipsacross the business understanding stakeholder needs and prioritizing efforts to deliver the most impactful solutions to customers.
  • Champion a culture ofengagement excellence and innovation lifting up your team and developing stellar professionals who deliver high-quality competitive proposals that drive revenue and elevate TransUnions market presence.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $150100.00 - $225000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience job-related skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnions annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
