Job Description
We now have a new requirement and are looking for a consultant colleague with the qualifications listed below. The position is part of our consulting business which means you will be employed by us and work either with clients or on internal projects and assignments.

Job Description
Solution Design & Architecture:
1. Define and document the overall technical architecture of ServiceNow solutions including data models workflows and system integrations.
2. Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
Technical Leadership
1. Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow development teams.
2. Enforce adherence to best practices coding standards and architectural governance.
Implementation & Integration
1. Oversee implementation of ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
2. Lead system integrations with third-party tools and internal platforms
Quality Assurance & Compliance
1. Ensure all developed solutions meet quality standards security policies and compliance requirements.
2. Conduct code and design reviews to uphold architectural integrity.
License Monitoring & Optimization
1. Monitor license utilization and identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
2. Work closely with stakeholders to align licensing needs with platform usage.
Continuous Improvement
1. Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases and new features particularly within the HRSD suite.
2. Proactively suggest improvements and innovative solutions to enhance platform performance and user experience.
3. Responsible for the overall roadmap of the solution
Your Profile (Must-have requirements)
ServiceNow Platform Expertise:
In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform with a focus on the HRSD module including Access and Security Management Performance Analytics and Upgrade Management.
Technical Architecture & Solution Design:
Proven ability to design and implement scalable complex technical solutions aligned with business needs.
Integrations & Development:
Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST SOAP JDBC and IntegrationHub Spokes.
Leadership & Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and lead cross-functional development teams.
Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving:
Skilled in translating complex business requirements into robust technical solutions through critical thinking and problem-solving.
Business Process Modeling:
Solid understanding of HR business processes with the ability to model and optimize them within the ServiceNow platform.
Agile Methodologies:
Practical experience working in Agile environments participating in sprints backlog grooming and iterative delivery.
