At Terra One were scaling renewable energy infrastructure by advancing battery storage technology and AI-powered energy trading across Europe. Our storage systems ensure clean energy is available exactly when its needed reducing CO emissions and enhancing grid stability. At the same time our proprietary trading models maximize the efficient use of green electricity in real time.

To support this mission were looking for an experienced B2B Sales Engineer focused on PV whos ready to build up and support our PV acquisition efforts in Germany and beyond.

Your Role

As a Sales Engineer for PV youll be responsible for identifying acquiring and integrating large PV systems into Terra Ones trading portfolio. The focus lies on securing new connections that can be marketed immediately while also laying the foundation for long-term growth through partnerships with EPCs project developers and installers. This role is both strategic and operational requiring a strong hunter mentality and the ability to shape processes from scratch.

Your Responsibilities

  • Directly acquire companies with large PV systems (focus on new connections but also existing systems nearing contract end)
  • Integrate systems into Terra Ones trading portfolio for electricity marketing
  • Validate and build a scalable partner channel (e.g. EPCs project developers asset owners platforms)
  • Develop and evaluate acquisition channels such as outbound strategies and performance marketing
  • Build a structured sales process incl. funnel design KPIs and reporting logic
  • Collaborate closely with Power Ops Finance Marketing and C-level management to align on market developments and sales strategy

Your Profile

Were looking for a driven strategic sales professional with deep PV market expertise.

  • Several years of B2B sales experience with end-to-end responsibility (from first contact to closing)
  • Proven expertise in the PV sector (mandatory)
  • Track record of independently building sales processes incl. KPIs & lead management
  • Understanding of PV project structures stakeholders and decision-making processes especially in new connections
  • Strong command of digital tools and a data-driven sales approach
  • Language: German C1 English at least B2

Bonus points if you have:

  • A strong network in the PV new-build or project development ecosystem (installers EPCs developers)
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (grid connection electricity marketing)
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Living in Berlin
