RN Case Management Manager (Contract Role) Location: Culver City CA 90232
Contract Length: 8 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Weekly Pay: $2400 $2560; (Negotiable based on experience)
Schedule:
- Days: Monday Friday
- Shift Hours: 9:00 AM 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct leadership and oversight to the Case Management team
- Ensure effective coordination of care utilization management discharge planning and compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve care transitions and reduce hospital readmissions
- Maintain documentation and reporting in accordance with hospital policies and external regulations
- Mentor and support staff with clinical decision-making and case resolution
- Promote continuous quality improvement and operational efficiency within the department
Qualifications:
- Current and active RN or LCSW license in California (Required)
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in Acute Case Management (Required)
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage multidisciplinary teams
- Highly organized with strong time management and problem-solving abilities
