Job Summary

We are seeking experienced nurses; The candidates must have current WI License and CPR/BLS. RN must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Flu. *Travel RN may be required to float to other units. This position will require every other weekend & holiday and 12 hours shifts (Days 6:30A-7P). ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients. Documents according to standards of care. Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities may include shared governance. Utilizes critical thinking in regards to patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escalates to the appropriate chain of command.
