Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $18 $21 per hour

This is a great opportunity for new grads or experienced professionals who are passionate about both patient care and wellness.

Position Overview:
Were seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to support both front and back office functions. This is a full-time on-site role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and enjoys working directly with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform front and back office duties including patient intake and checkout
Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling
Verify and check insurance eligibility and coverage
Conduct blood draws and EKGs as needed
Provide excellent customer service to all patients and guests
Assist with upselling wellness and spa-related products/services
Support clinical and administrative teams
Utilize bilingual communication skills when needed (Spanish preferred)

Qualifications:

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
Valid CPR and/or BLS certification
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to multitask in a busy clinical setting
