- Lead the design development and implementation of ETL processes using IBM DataStage.

- Optimize and tune DataStage jobs for performance scalability and reliability.
- Implement robust error handling logging and recovery processes in ETL pipelines.
- Maintain and enhance existing ETL processes to ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce development standards.
- Mentor junior developers and support data quality initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Document ETL designs data flows and technical processes.
- Desired experience in the financial domain.
