We seek a strategic MarTech Data Architect to design and manage the data architecture supporting our marketing technology ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling integrations and system architecture with hands-on experience in platforms like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) CDPs analytics tools and campaign systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Architecture: Design scalable and efficient data architectures for MarTech platforms. Develop models for segmentation personalization and orchestration. Ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA. Leverage cloud-native services such as Snowflake Databricks BigQuery Redshift and Synapse.
Integration and Enablement: Lead the integration of CRMs CDPs analytics and automation tools. Build real-time data pipelines and workflows. Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams on APIs ETL processes and infrastructure.
Marketing Data Strategy: Define unified data strategies for personalized campaigns. Create frameworks for identity resolution attribution and journey analytics. Partner with teams to extract actionable insights.
Technology and Innovation: Stay current on MarTech advancements. Recommend and onboard tools aligned with business goals. Serve as a subject matter expert in MarTech data strategy.
Collaboration and Leadership: Align architecture with business needs across marketing analytics and IT. Mentor team members on MarTech systems and data best practices.
Required Skills : Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Engineering or a related field; Masters preferred. 5 years of experience in data architecture with a focus on MarTech systems and integrations. Technical Skills: Expertise in data modeling schema design and relational databases. Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform customer data platforms (e.g. Salesforce CDP Segment) and analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics Google Analytics). Proficient in data transformation tools and languages including SQL Python or R. Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP. Strong understanding of identity resolution and data privacy regulations. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional project delivery. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in relevant MarTech platforms (e.g. Adobe Certified Expert Salesforce certifications). Experience with event-driven architectures and real-time data processing tools like Kafka or Snowflake. Familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning applications in marketing.
