Required:
Availability to work 2 days at the Clients site in Austin TX (required);
Experience mentoring and providing consultation and direction to other Social Services Applications (SSA) staff (4 years);
Experience analyzing and interpreting technical information including regulations policy and automation system documentation (4 years);
Experience communicating in writing translating user/business needs into a technical style and communicating technical instructions to system users (4 years);
Experience planning and coordinating individual and group work activities (4 years);
Experience detecting and diagnosing application problems (4 years);
Experience creating technical designs for solutions to problems (4 years);
Experience working professionally with a broad range of stakeholders (4 years);
Experience preparing concise business requirements technical specifications documents and related artifacts (4 years)
Responsibilities:
Participate in complex IT business requirements gathering analysis and related activities for Business Automation and Social Services Applications (SSA);
Interpret and analyze HHSC assistance program policies and procedures to determine impacts on automated systems and eligibility processes;
Meet with business areas and external stakeholders to define system requirements and develop business rules requirements and technical specifications;
Develop implement and maintain quality assurance processes best practices and continuous improvement initiatives;
Monitor internal operations vendor performance and system functionality reporting deficiencies and supporting corrective action plans;
Review and produce complex project deliverables including design documentation test plans audits and risk assessments;
Provide production support technical assistance peer reviews and prepare/present communications documentation and audit responses
