Job Summary

Role: MS Exchange Engineer

Duration: 6-month contract

Location: Fully Remote

Must-Have Skills:

8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange Server (2016/2019) and Exchange Online (O365) including installation configuration and administration.
Strong expertise in troubleshooting Exchange-related issues including mail flow connectivity DAG hybrid configurations and performance tuning.
Experience with Active Directory DNS and PowerShell scripting for Exchange management and automation.
Proven ability to support migrations upgrades and hybrid Exchange/O365 environments with minimal downtime.
Excellent communication and remote support skills to interact with business users and IT teams ensuring prompt resolution of email-related issues.
This role will support clients Exchange environment and requires a reliable and self-sufficient engineer who can quickly integrate with the team to ensure continuity of service.
