The candidate will be interacting with clients at the various sites so will need to have good customer service skills.
Team Overview:
Each worker will be working 100% independently based on the work orders that come through.

iPad will show their work orders for the day Pick up any needed parts from the warehouse Examples of typical work
- Fixing doors
- Basic plumbing
- General maintenance
- PMs
Licenses/Certifications:
06a Electrician License not required but is a plus HVAC license not required but is a plus
Must Have Skills:
Good customer service skills
Basic mechanical skills
Basic knowledge of maintenance and mechanical Good working knowledge of HVAC Good working knowledge of tools

What Youll Do:
Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical electrical and other installed building systems equipment and facilities.
Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
Review assigned work orders and estimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and track completion.
Support energy management by taking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficient manner.
Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Use communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients co-workers and supervisors.
Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
Impact through clearly defined duties methods and tasks are described in detail.
Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What Youll Need:
High School Diploma GED or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related lieu of a diploma a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid Drivers License required.
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping standing walking climbing stairs/ladders and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word Excel Outlook etc.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages discounts and markups.
