Strong Functional and Technical knowledge of the Platform providing guidance and support to deliver solutions.
- Subject Matter Expert in developing scripting and configuring solutions on the platform.
- Experience in maintaining CMDB Asset Management and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories. Excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations CI classes and their relationships. Experience with MID Server Administration.
- Experience with configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors.
- Expert knowledge in ACLs ATFs and Performance Analytics.
- Subject Matter Expert in ITSM and CSM modules to include platform architecture table structure and core functionalities including configurations.
- Integration Capabilities with third party applications using REST APIs SOAP; Knowledge on Integration Hub and Flow Designer for creating Integrations and automating processes.
- Experience with Platform Analytics Process Mining and Process Automation.
- Ability to perform Platform upgrades and clones.
- Ability to evaluate and implement Security Center alerts.
