Key Responsibilities You ll Excel In:

Evaluate and interpret complex prints and CAD files ensuring accuracy
Create highly efficient and repeatable toolpaths using CAM software
Set up and operate advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC mills and lathes
Conduct precise inspections to ensure parts meet internal quality standards
Maintain high productivity consistently meeting deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality
Continuously learn new skills and stay updated with industry advancements

What You Bring to the Table:

To be considered we re looking for someone with a strong background in machining but more importantly someone who is passionate about growing within a collaborative innovative environment:

Must-Haves:
- U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder (ITAR compliance)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass a drug screen and background check
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- 3 years of experience with CNC mills and lathes (setup programming and operation)
- 3 years of CAD/CAM experience
- Strong knowledge of GD&T and proficiency with G&M codes
- Expertise in tooling types measuring techniques and machining processes
Extra Skills That Will Make You Shine:
- Experience in LEAN Manufacturing or 5S
- Familiarity with ISO9001 or AS9100D standards
- Expertise in 5-axis milling high-speed machining micro tooling robotic automation and manual milling
- Experience with tight tolerances (e.g. .0005 ) 3D profiling Wire EDM and Abrasive Waterjet
