Job Description

Senior Sourcing and Contract Analyst

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years IT experience preferably 3 years in IT Vendor Management and/or IT Sourcing
  • Understanding of IT products & services from a contract and vendor management perspective
  • Understanding commercial pricing services with contracting and negotiation aspect.
  • Familiarity with contracting trends licensing models
  • Familiarity of market knowledge of IT vendors (Application Services SaaS Consulting I&O)
  • Knowledge of best practices for IT contract negotiation tactics and strategies.
  • Customer-focused approach to delivering contract management services to internal IT
  • Supplier agreements: knowledge of legal terminology related to supplier agreements
  • Ability to manage assigned workload and multi-task
  • Ability to think logically and adhere to processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced complex environment
  • Experienced in the use of MS Excel Word and PowerPoint SharePoint
  • Very good communication skills both written and verbal

Education

  • Bachelors degree preferred or relevant experience

Preferred Skills & Experiences

  • Familiarity with Public Sector Purchasing and Procurement Processes
  • Familiarity with Tools such as Archer and ServiceNow
  • Strong analytical skills
