Job Summary

Ready to own the data quality backbone that powers BI today and AI tomorrow Join a market-leading industrial manufacturing company at its corporate HQ and make enterprise data accurate trusted and usable; end-to-end.

Youll profile clean standardize and govern data across ERP/CRM and enterprise systems. Partner with IT business to define rules fix root causes build data dictionaries/catalogs and report DQ metrics leadership relies on. Individual contributor with high cross-functional visibility.

Core Responsibilities

Profile validate and reconcile data from multiple sources.
Build rules for cleansing standardization deduplication and prevention.
Investigate root causes with owners; drive sustainable corrective actions.
Define and document DQ standards metadata data dictionaries/catalog entries.
Track DQ KPIs; publish dashboards/reports to stakeholders.
Support integration/ETL/ELT and data warehouse/BI initiatives (e.g. Redshift/SQL Server).
Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

Must Have

3 7 years in Data Quality / Data Analysis.
Strong SQL; Python or similar for automation/data wrangling.
Hands-on with RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/Redshift).
Data profiling cleansing dedupe and root-cause analysis.
Governance basics (metadata standards DQ rules); clear documentation.
Stakeholder collaboration; ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Good to Have

ERP (SAP/Oracle) and Salesforce data domain experience.
MDM concepts (golden record survivorship).
Data warehousing/BI tools (e.g. Redshift/Snowflake/Power BI/Tableau).
APIs (REST/SOAP) JSON/XML; basic statistics.
Industry exposure in manufacturing or e-commerce.
