General Manager (Automated Distribution Center exp req) Responsibilities
Oversee daily DC operations ensuring safety efficiency and quality standards
Manage automated systems (conveyance sortation WMS) effectively
Develop and lead a high-performing team of 5-6 direct reports
Balance operational KPIs with workforce engagement and communication
Monitor and adjust staffing plans based on business demands
Manage and forecast budgets controlling operating expenses
Proactively address workforce concerns and maintain positive employee relations
Collaborate cross-functionally to support inventory flow objectives
Drive continuous improvements in productivity and inventory accuracy
Provide effective leadership during rapid team expansion
General Manager (Automated Distribution Center exp req) Qualifications
7 years of distribution center operations management experience required
4 years of experience in automated distribution center environments required
Strong proficiency with sophisticated WMS systems required
