Job Title: Scientist 1
Reports To: Supervisor
Position Location: Lenexa Kansas
Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 - 9hr M-TR 1 - 4hr shift)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and support research experiments strictly adhering to established protocols.
- Analyze data and determine outcomes with flawless precision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure world-class research results.
- Maintain accurate records of research findings and laboratory activities.
- Successfully implement new research methodologies and innovations.
- Ensure all safety and compliance protocols are strictly followed.
- Share research findings with internal collaborators and at scientific conferences.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in biological sciences or a related field required.
- Proven experience in a research laboratory setting.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Outstanding proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- Ability to effectively communicate research results.
- Ambitious self-motivated and a great teammate.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
