- Assist across the Rural Underwriting team.
- Support the identification and resolution of processing discrepancies and underwriting issues within the portfolio ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Process complex accounts as required.
- Help drive value for our customers and business partners maximise sustainable profits and generate quality growth across the Rural portfolio.
- Support the development of new opportunities from an Underwriting perspective.
- Make it easy for our customers and business partners to do business with us.
- 3 years underwriting experience ideally within a personal or commercial insurance context
- Confidence to communicate solutions and alternatives to advisors and maintain good relationships
- Good conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to positively interact with a diverse team
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Ability to find innovative solutions to problems
