Job Description

Construction Force Services is seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various mechanical systems within our facilities.

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in mechanical systems
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems
- Monitor and adjust heating ventilation and air conditioning controls
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks on boilers chillers pumps and other equipment
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Stationary Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in industrial mechanics and maintenance
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems
- Ability to maintain troubleshoot and repair boilers
- Experience in field service maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
