We are looking for a motivated Assistant Talent Scout (Contract) to join our growing team. In this entry-level role you will support our Senior Talent Scouts with sourcing interviewing and placing top sales professionals across a variety of industries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people has strong organizational skills and is eager to start a career in recruiting.

THE LOCATION & HOURS
This is a work-from-home position
Office located in Mississauga
Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm

We only recruit for sales positions of all types and across all industries within the GTA to Kitchener/Waterloo.

Client reviews- POSITION
As an Assistant Talent Scout you will assist our Sr. Talent Scouts in sourcing interviewing and placing top talent in various disciplines and industries. You will source talent through LinkedIn resume databases networking and other administrative duties. This is an entry-level position with career advancement and the goal of becoming a Talent Scout.
PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS
Our clients range from small to large multi-billion-dollar businesses and we serve almost every industry.
TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES
- Attending Virtual Client Visits (Zoom) & Discovery calls.
- Prepare Job Descriptions
- Identify and reach out to potential Candidates
- Schedule and perform video interviews
- Prepare documentation for qualified candidates to be sent to the client.
- Various other administrative duties.
SUPPORT & TRAINING
- 3 months of extensive training.
- On-the-job training and ongoing support.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND.
- 2-5 years of work experience.
- Those without recruiting experience are preferred (we will provide training).

- Excellent writing skills.
- Strong administrative and technical skills.
- Tenacious competitive with a glass half full attitude.
COMPENSATION
- This is a Contract role with an hourly rate
EDUCATION
- University or College Degree - Psychology or Business-related preferred.
TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Very very strong computer and software skills.
- Current with the latest work productivity software. (Dropbox Slack Zoom CRM ATS).
- You typically quickly figure out technology yourself rather than needing technical support.
