Job Summary
Valley Views Pediatric Partners clinic is seeking an energetic PRN (as needed) patient-focused Patient Services Specialist to be the first contact for our patients in the front office!
Were looking for someone who is detail oriented has experience with children the ability to work in a fast-paced environment!
Previous clinic experience desired!
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred!
This is a PRN (as needed) position for days/evenings and rotating weekends!

Responsibilitiesinclude providing patients and physicians with professional and friendly reception duties; organizing patient flow; keeping physicians and patients on schedule; maintaining patient files and accounts in a professionally accurate manner; and handling phone calls for the office manager physicians and nurses appropriately. The Patient Service Specialist also assists with all billing and collection efforts as necessary and in a timely manner. Patient care background preferred. Reception experience preferred!
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Clerical: typing filing scheduling computer phone
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Receptionist/clerical experience required
- Patient care background preferred
- Experience in aclinical settinghighly preferred.

SALARY RANGE
- $19.00- $27.75/hour 14% PRN Differential
- Entry salary dependent upon education skill set and experience.
