Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on all mechanical equipment and systems throughout the facility. This includes both interior and exterior building maintenance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical electrical and plumbing systems as well as controls and monitoring systems.
Qualifications
- Experience with mechanical electrical and plumbing equipment
- Familiarity with building systems controls and monitoring systems
- Ability to perform both interior and exterior maintenance and repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
