The education sector is undergoing rapid change and with an increasing amount of educational brands curriculums and programs available it can be difficult for students to truly know what the best institution and program is for them. At StudySearch were building software tools to help students and families make better decisions through the education selection process. Software Engineers (Full Stack)
Youll be working closely with the product lead to discover opportunities and execute on the product road map. Youll be tackling both simple and challenging problems- from HTML emails to Data crunching algorithms.
We are looking for self motivated developers that are keen to step outside their comfort zone learn a new language rewrite some old code to make it sweet or talk to customers directly. PHP Hands-on experience with at least one major PHP framework such as Laravel Cake or CodeIgniter is essential.
JavaScript Basic to competent.
front-end development in major JavaScript framework.
experience developing for optimizing and administering MySQL Server
Experience with one of the major cloud platforms - AWS Google Cloud Heroku Rackspace or Azure - is a plus.
Experience administering and managing Ubuntu Server environments is a plus.
