Field Service Engineer Coffee Machines
Location: London
Talented People Solutions are delighted to be recruiting a Field Engineer on behalf of our growing client in the vending and coffee machine industry! This is a field-based role covering London ideal for someone who thrives on the road and is passionate about delivering excellent technical support and customer service.
About the Role of a Field Service Engineer:
Youll be responsible for the maintenance repair and breakdown support of a range of vending and coffee machines installed across commercial sites. Youll be the face of the company ensuring customers receive a prompt and professional service.
Key Details:
- Shifts: Monday to Friday 1 Saturday per month
- Salary: Competitive with potential flexibility depending on experience
- Travel: Fully field-based with company van provided
Responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:
- Carry out reactive maintenance and repairs on vending and coffee machines.
- Diagnose issues and perform comprehensive fault resolution on-site.
- Accurately report and document each job (arrival departure and customer confirmation)
- Manage van stock and tools including ordering receipting and returning parts.
What Were Looking for in a Field Service Engineer:
- Previous experience repairing vending machines coffee machines or similar commercial equipment (e.g. white goods catering appliances)
- A full UK driving licence
- A proactive customer-focused attitude
- Strong fault-finding and technical skills
