QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to read and write.
High School Diploma
Knowledge of proper cashiering procedures.
Ability to operate all faculty cafeteria equipment or willingness to learn.
Food Service Sanitation Certificate or willingness to acquire one.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Must be able to tolerate heat.

REPORTS TO: Food Service Manager

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Report all equipment problems to the Manager.
Clean work area thoroughly at the end of the day.
Report all equipment problems or failures to the Manager.
Clean all dishes pots pans maintain cleanliness ofdishwashing station.
Help other food service staff as needed.
Such other tasks as assigned by the Food Service Director.
