Overview
We are seeking highly motivated Business Transformation Consultants to join a two-year enterprise-wide initiative. This is a unique opportunity to drive large-scale change across technology people and processes in a fast-paced high-growth retail environment. Candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity rapid change and full-contact transformation work.
This role can be structured as a full-time hire or contract engagement depending on candidate preference and fit.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Transformation Project Team and PMO to support enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned workstreams such as inventory planning store operations commercial transformation reporting/master data or logistics.
Diagnose problems across multiple departments isolate root causes and allocate appropriate solutions.
Ensure enterprise applications are adopted by the business and oversee rollout training and ongoing support.
Manage deliverables mitigate delays and escalate project risks.
Balance both strategic and tactical work in a dynamic growing organization (64 new stores this year).
Operate effectively with minimal handholding while collaborating closely with project managers and business leaders.
Qualifications
37 years of experience in project delivery change management or business transformation.
23 years of consulting experience at a top-tier firm (Accenture Deloitte etc.) strongly preferred.
Proven ability to thrive in complex fast-moving environments with limited structure.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Dynamics experience a plus).
Strong analytical organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable relocating to Las Vegas and working full-time onsite.
Ability to step into any role with minimal training and deliver results quickly.
