Youll love coming to work every day if you get want and have the capacity to do the following:

  • Lead manage and hold your team accountable.
  • Work with the Area Manager on integrating all major operating functions within the community (leasing and maintenance).
  • Conduct and participate in weekly L10 Meetings to review all scorecard data to ensure successful operations.
  • Own all aspects of new leasing and renewals; this includes marketing communication with future and current residents promotional events social media postings etc.
  • Review monthly financial statements with the Area Manager to identify areas of opportunities and weaknesses.


Youll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:

  • Lead Generation
  • Lead Conversion
  • Customer Fulfillment


We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team helps with our this role youll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals:

  • Set and achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a 95% or greater occupancy end goal.
  • Eventually obtain and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater.
  • Meet the propertys budgeted NOI.

Salary Description
$48000 - $52000/yearly plus performance bonus
