- Lead manage and hold your team accountable.
- Work with the Area Manager on integrating all major operating functions within the community (leasing and maintenance).
- Conduct and participate in weekly L10 Meetings to review all scorecard data to ensure successful operations.
- Own all aspects of new leasing and renewals; this includes marketing communication with future and current residents promotional events social media postings etc.
- Review monthly financial statements with the Area Manager to identify areas of opportunities and weaknesses.
Youll have success here if you value clear processes and do the following things:
- Lead Generation
- Lead Conversion
- Customer Fulfillment
We train our team to help them succeed and everyone on our team helps with our this role youll be accountable for hitting the following critical goals:
- Set and achieve weekly pre-leasing goals with a 95% or greater occupancy end goal.
- Eventually obtain and maintain an occupancy of 95% or greater.
- Meet the propertys budgeted NOI.

$48000 - $52000/yearly plus performance bonus
