We are looking for a motivated and creative DTP Intern to join our team focusing on creating visually appealing designs illustrations and PPT that effectively communicate complex math and science concepts. This internship will provide hands-on experience with industry-standard PPT design and Book Design as well as an opportunity to work on educational materials including book covers infographics and PowerPoint presentations. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and contribute to our design projects while gaining valuable industry experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Illustration:
Assist in creating visually compelling designs illustrations and graphics to simplify and communicate complex math and science concepts and equations.
Learn and utilize software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and MathType (or similar) for accurate and aesthetically pleasing equations and mathematical notations.
PPT Creation and Editing:
Support in designing and editing PowerPoint presentations ensuring a consistent and professional appearance.
Help create and update master slides to maintain visual consistency across presentations.
Assist in editing logos applying watermarks and making other necessary adjustments to align with brand guidelines.
Layout and Design:
Contribute to the design and layout of book covers page templates infographics and other visual elements using industry-standard software.
Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across various educational materials.
Trend Awareness:
Stay informed about current trends in graphic design typography and educational visuals to help keep our materials fresh engaging and aligned with industry standards.
Quality Assurance:
Assist in conducting quality checks on final deliverables to ensure they meet the companys high standards for visual excellence and educational effectiveness.
