Are you a passionate marketing professional ready to embark on an exciting journey with a company in the midst of significant growth We have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Executive to strengthen the EMEA Central team (Germany Switzerland and Austria).

You will play a key role in defining and executing marketing strategies aimed at increasing the companys visibility generating demand developing the local partners network and optimising the customer experience. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders: the local Sales Account Partner and Services Management team the Regional Marketing team that you will be a part of the local PR & marketing agency and Global Marketing & Communication teams that include experts in Digital Marketing Communication Multi-Media & Design and Product Marketing.

Key responsibilities


To successfully fill the role:

  • You will create and execute of the annual local marketing plan in line with the go-to-market strategy and the corporate marketing strategy including activity planning and budget;
  • You will support demand generation thanks to dedicated initiatives that will create the required pipeline such as on- and offline events (webinars roundtables trade shows) digital advertising campaigns content syndication Account Based Marketing programmes;
  • You will review and localize content according to the CE market needs and create relevant local contents such as web pages PR Customer case study articles video (paid) social posts;
  • You will support customer satisfaction and retention by developing relevant communications and supporting the organisation of customer-facing events;
  • You will collaborate closely with sales managers account managers services and partners managers to ensure marketing efforts translate into sales opportunities;
  • You will promote the Planon Brand and maintain a consistent image in terms of design tone of voice and messaging across all channels working closely with the PR and marketing agency. You will ensure Planon is positioned as a market leader with key institutions and influencers;
  • You will be responsible for the marketing data quality;
  • By using Salesforce and Marketo (Marketing Automation) you will measure analyse and report on the ROI of different initiatives.

Our ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or business
  • Plus Five years of B2B Marketing experience within a corporate environment IT software background preferred;
  • Experience of a broad set of Marketing disciplines including but not limited to: event management online Marketing social media demand generation Marketing public relations customer communications and collateral;
  • An entrepreneurial and upbeat attitude proactive able to work with initiative and independently to support a rapidly growing organisation;
  • Creative thinking critical analysis and problem-solving skills along with innovative Marketing expertise are essential;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop relationships quickly;
  • Native German and UK English with excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience working in a decentralised Marketing organisation;
  • Previous experience in running Marketing campaigns using Marketing automation tooling and SalesForce CRM is desirable;
  • Experience of working with front line B2B Sales is desirable.

Location:

The candidate should live near our office in Frankfurt or Duisburg with hybrid working 2 to 3 days at the office.
