POSITION INVOLVES BIKING / KNOWING HOW TO RIDE A BIKE
AVAILABILITY TO WORK WEEKENDS
Pay: $ 16.00 - $16.50
Hours/Shifts:
7AM - 3PM
3PM - 11PM
11PM - 7AM

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees visitors and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security/safety of premises.
- Effectively interact with a variety of persons including clients visitors public safety officials employees and the general public
- Presents oneself in a professional manner through appearance and conduct.
- Circulate among visitors patrons and employees to preserve order and protect property.
- Guard patrol and monitor industrial or commercial premises to prevent safety hazards theft violence or infractions of rules.
- Monitor for irregular or suspicious activity.
- Comply and enforce all company & clients rules regulations policies and procedures and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance.
- Escort on foot or by motor vehicle to transport individuals to specified locations or to provide personal protection or to escort persons off customer property.
- Investigate and prepare reports on incidents.
- Completes daily and special reports by recording observations and information.
- Being alert to observe correct and report safety and security hazards.
- Responding to alarm signals (fire medical emergency inclement weather safety/security threats etc.)
- Promoting safety to prevent accidents.
- Comply with all specific post instructions.
- All other duties that are required and/or assigned manager.
Qualifications:
- Veterans & Law Enforcement are encouraged to apply
- Military experience preferred
- 21 yrs. old or older
- Must be in possession of a valid S.O.R.A license or NY Security license (Depending on location of position)
- At least 2 years experience in security
- CPR and First aid/AED Certify (Company will pay for training)
- Well Groomed
