You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailA POS Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing phone support to end users on a variety of issues and working in a team environment to provide exceptional customer service. Technician will be responsible for identifiying researching and resolving technical problems; responding to telephone calls electronic and personnel requests for technical and application support; tracking and monitoring the problem to insure a timely resolution; and following appropriate escalation procedures. Other responsibilities may include special POS programming as assigned or internal knowledgebase documentation.
