Job Summary
- Role: Program Scheduler- Major Events
- Role Type: Contract/Freelance
- Location: International (event-based)
- Assignment Length: Typically 6 months. Start dates will vary dependant on event and venue
- Passport: Must be valid with at least 6 months remaining

What you will do:
- Closeliaison withOperation&Project managersandtheclienttounderstandtheprojecttimingstasksandscheduling.
- CreationupdatingandtrackingoftheEventsProjectPlan/Ganttchart
- Creationofadditionaltrackers schedulingdocumentstosupportprojectorganisation
- Generationofreportsonresourcescriticalmilestones&costs
- Identificationofprojectrisksanddefinitionofcountermeasures
- PeriodicreviewofscheduleswithClientandprojectteam
- Assisttheoperationsmanagementteamduringdeliveryphasewithback-officesupport.
Youll have the following skills and experience:
- You will be fluent in either Italian or English
- CourageandConviction - theabilitytocreateasenseofexcitementabouttakingonnew challengesandabeliefinyourcapabilitiestodeliverresults.
- RelentlessPreparationpreparingthoroughlyforallimportantmanagementdecisions.
- Holdingpeopleaccountabletheabilitytogiveclearandunambiguousdirectiontoindividualsandteamsaboutwhattheyneedtodotomeettheorganisationsobjectives.
- CompellingCommunicationrecognizingthatclearcommunication isthekeytounderstandingandremainingcalmunderpressure.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftProjectand otherprojectplanningtoolsincludingMSOfficePackage.
- Proven einaProgramManagementroleorproject/business planning capability
