ROLE SUMMARY:
En Kings College Soto de Viuelas (Tres Cantos) creemos en el desarrollo integral de nuestros estudiantes. Actualmente buscamos un/a Coach de Volleyball altamente motivado/a y comprometido/a que se una a nuestro equipo.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Disear e implementar programas de entrenamiento fsico del deporte correspondiente adaptados a las necesidades de los estudiantes.
- Mantener un ambiente seguro positivo y motivador durante todas las sesiones.
- Realizar seguimiento del progreso fsico de los estudiantes y adaptar los entrenamientos cuando sea necesario.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Nivel alto de ingls.
- Formacin profesional y/o certificacin en educacin fsica entrenamiento personal o reas afines.
- Experiencia previa trabajando con adolescentes preferiblemente en contextos educativos o deportivos.
- Capacidad para inspirar motivar y conectar con estudiantes.
- Enfoque organizado proactivo y con habilidades de comunicacin efectivas.
- Disponibilidad para comenzar lo antes posible.
