About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Web Designer with exceptional design skills to join our Shanghai China team. This position focuses on e-commerce visual design and brand presentation with a strong emphasis on creating high-impact digital experiences across major platforms (Tmall Xiaohongshu etc.).
What You Will Do
Responsible for the overall visual updates of e-commerce store fronts and creative page designs for promotional activities (on platforms such as Tmall Xiaohongshu etc.).
Design key product key visuals (KVs) and their extensions.
Independently complete the design of large-scale promotional campaign pages for the store.
Design pages in various styles according to project requirements and take responsibility for the overall product style and brand tone.
Flexibly control design aesthetics with experience in multiple design styles including web and print.
Possess strong artistic skills and strategic thinking abilities with unique insights into creativity composition and color application.
In response to different marketing strategies and creative copywriting plans be responsible for the design of e-commerce pages across all channels manage brand tone and improve conversion rates.
What You Need to Be Successful
Bachelors degree or above majoring in art design or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant store design experience (on e-commerce platforms such as Tmall Xiaohongshu etc.) with priority given to those familiar with fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) categories.
Creative mindset with a good sense of design and bold design thinking; capable of independent design and production.
Strong teamwork spirit detail-oriented able to work under pressure and highly execution-driven.
Proficient in design-related software (Photoshop Illustrator After Effects) with 3D modeling capabilities.
Excellent communication presentation and organizational coordination skills; able to assist in planning organizing and coordinating relevant marketing activities.
