Required Qualifications:

2 years of litigation experience
Experience in preparing responsive pleadings
Experience in engaging in motion practice
Experience in responding to discovery or administrative charges
Experience in counseling clients
Experience with case management
Experience in propounding and responding to discovery
Experience in depositions
Experience in preparing cases for trial
Familiarity with wage laws leave and compliance matters (FMLA ADA wage and hour)
Experience in policy development
Experience in compliance training
Experience in managing pre-litigation disputes
Strong academic background
Proven track record of strong performance and measurable results
Exceptional communication analytical and writing skills
