Dispatcher / Network Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Stuttgart
Location: Stuttgart Germany
Employment Type: Full-time permanent
Shift: 4-shift rotation (morning day late night) schedule set 2 months in advance including occasional weekends
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Dispatcher / Network Operations Specialist to join our team in this role you will oversee and manage telecommunications and IT network processes coordinate service activities and ensure smooth operations through monitoring systems. Technical knowledge in telecommunications or IT is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage network and service processes using monitoring tools.
Coordinate troubleshooting and service requests with internal teams and external service providers.
Document network data and maintain accurate records in relevant systems.
Ensure process compliance and continuous operational efficiency.
Support the team with hands-on problem-solving and process improvements.
Requirements:
Fluent German (C1/C2) is essential; English skills advantageous.
Team player with a hands-on motivated approach.
Willingness to work flexible hours including 4-shift rotation and occasional weekends.
Structured self-organized and solution-oriented work style.
Technical background in IT/telecommunications advantageous (e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration Richtfunk DWDM networks) but not required.
Experience with ticketing systems or network management tools is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Approx. 40000 gross per year night/shift allowances
Full training provided even for candidates without prior technical experience

Initial interview may be conducted on-site in Stuttgart or at the company HQ in Munich.
Onboarding includes mentorship (Paten) and hands-on training.
