You will make an impact by

• Being the first point of contact for HR queries providing timely and accurate customer centric support.
• Coordinating interviews assisting on panels and initiating pre-employment checks.
• Managing HR documentation employment contracts and compliance requirements with precision.
• Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives and cyclical people activities across the organisation.
• Contributing to projects that improve employee experience and enhance HR service delivery.
• Creating purchase orders and processing receipting to support the People Operations and wider People and Culture business unit.

What you will bring

• Strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced operational environment. Exceptional capacity to multitask and prioritise tasks within a fast-paced operational environment.
• High level of initiative and autonomy with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience working in a shared inbox environment and managing competing demands.
• Agile mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
• Hands-on HR administration experience.
