TheStaff Nurse (Cancer Center)is responsible for delivering comprehensive patient-centered care tailored to the unique needs of each individual and their family in alignment with professional nursing standards. This role involves applying specialized knowledge in chemotherapy and/or radiation oncology to assess screen educate and manage care for adult patients receiving treatment through Outpatient Oncology Services.
The nurse also supports clinical operations and office functions demonstrating flexibility and teamwork by rotating across various Oncology Service Departments as needed. A solid understanding of University Hospital Joint Commission and Department of Health regulations is essential. Additionally the nurse actively contributes to evidence-based practice quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.

The expected hourly rate for this position is $55.00 per hour in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
