About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support three leaders across our global media revenue team within the fast-paced world of streaming media. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career inproject management and digital media while gaining early exposure to strategic advertising partnerships client-facing work and operational excellence.
For New York Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $99000 - $123000 packages are based on factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set certifications and specific geographical role is eligible for health insurance equity awards life insurance disability benefits parental leave wellness benefits and paid time off.
What youll be doing
- Project Coordination:
- Manage timelines deliverables and communication for internal and external projects related to revenue operations advertising campaigns and client onboarding.
- Track workflows across sales operations and client services teams ensuring alignment with deadlines and expectations.
- Revenue Operations Support:
- Assist in campaign trafficking billing reconciliations and reporting for streaming and digital ad partnerships.
- Maintain dashboards trackers and documentation to support revenue forecasting and campaign performance reviews.
- Client Services:
- Provide administrative and project support for client accounts ensuring consistent communication and high-quality service.
- Help prepare client meeting materials recap notes and follow-up action items.
- Administrative Support:
- Coordinate scheduling meetings and documentation for cross-functional teams.
- Support team operations with expense reporting file management and cross-department communication.
- Strategic Advertising Partnerships:
- Help research prospective partners and industry opportunities in the digital advertising and streaming media space.
- Participate in partner communications and reporting to strengthen long-term relationships.
Were excited if you have
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing Media Studies Communications or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12 years of relevant work experience or internships in media advertising or project coordination.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms ad tech (programmatic direct-sold sponsorships) and revenue operations workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and project management tools (Asana Monday Jira or similar).
- Eagerness to learn contribute and grow within a collaborative fast-paced team.
- Interest in media/entertainment industry trends specifically streaming and digital advertising ecosystems.
