Job Description
Collins Community Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Project Manager with a strong background in business analytics and testing to lead cross-functional initiatives that support the credit unions data-driven decision-making and digital transformation efforts. This role will be responsible for managing projects from initiation through delivery with a focus on analytics data integrity and system testing to ensure optimal performance and member experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles ensuring alignment with business goals timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with business units data teams and IT to define project scope objectives and success criteria.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable project plans.
Oversee the development and execution of test plans including UAT regression and integration testing.
Analyze data trends KPIs and reporting outputs to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards particularly in data governance and privacy.
Support the implementation of analytics tools dashboards and reporting solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Data Analytics or related field.
3 years of project management experience preferably in a financial services or credit union environment.
Strong background in business analytics data interpretation and reporting.
Experience with QA/testing methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Smartsheet).
Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills.
