Data Driven | GenAI Developer

• Lead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions leveraging tools like Azure OpenAI vector databases and related technologies. 
• Manage and mentor a small team within the Generative AI Center of Excellence fostering collaboration and innovation. 
• Collaborate with business units to understand their needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions that add measurable value. 
• Develop and implement governance policies to ensure responsible and ethical use of Generative AI technologies. 
• Monitor advancements in Generative AI identifying opportunities for the organization to stay at the forefront of innovation. 
• Advocate for best practices in data preparation vectorization and AI model training to enhance solution accuracy and scalability. 
• Provide strategic guidance and act as a subject matter expert on Generative AI to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

Qualifications :

• Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field (advanced degrees preferred). 
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish is a nice to have. 
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience including significant hands-on experience in Generative AI technologies and frameworks (e.g. OpenAI Hugging Face LangChain). Python Docker Git CI/CD methodologies
• Proven ability to design build and optimize AI solutions using techniques to improve GenAI accuracy and performance. 
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring technical teams. 
• Deep understanding of governance ethical considerations and risk management for AI applications. 
• Familiarity with integrating AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows. 
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a passion for driving business transformation through AI.
