- 1 yr of OTR or Regional Class A truck driving experience
- No more than 2 DUIs lifetime
- No drug felonies or misdemeanors
- No more than 6 jobs in 3 yrs
- No more than 3 moving violations in 3 yrs

NEVER failed or refused drug / alcohol test
