Key Responsibilities:
May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Reporting Relationships: Reports to the Director of HR Policy Compliance and Operations. This is an individual contributor role.
Typical Skills and Experiences:
Education: Undergraduate degree in Human Resources (HR) business administration or related field. Studies in pre-law preferred.
License/Certification/Designation:Project management or process related certifications preferred. Progress toward related certifications (PHR SPHR) preferred.
Experience: Typically eight or more years of related work experience in human resources legal compliance audit business or a related field.
Knowledge Abilities and Skills: Able to build and foster relationships. Demonstrates strong communication skills. Proven ability to set priorities organize work and meet timelines. Creative innovative analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Able to optimally evaluate and recommend solutions to complex compliance issues. Strong research and documentation development skills. Data analysis insights and reporting experience are a plus. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law.
Other criteria including leadership skills competencies and experiences may take precedence.
Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring managers leader and Human Resource Business Partner.

Working Conditions: Hybrid to normal office environment. Non-standard or extended work may be required based on project needs.
