Job Summary

Corporate Attorney-Full Time
Location: Sacramento CA 95814

What you will be doing:
Providing outside general counsel services for nonprofit organizations and for-profit companies
Acting as transaction counsel in all types of real estate financing and joint venture transactions including mergers and acquisitions

Experience you will need:

3 to 5 years of corporate real estate or transactional experienceStrong research and document drafting skills
J.D. from an accredited law school
Current good standing with the California State Bar
