RE Portfolio Manager & RDQM- APAC
Job Description
Your role Responsibilities:
- Deepen cross-functional collaboration with Finance by proactively fostering partnerships enhancing transparency and aligning key initiatives across the APAC region.
- Regularly collect and validate RE housing demand from business / markets to ensure an accurate up-to-date portfolio plan. Collect other data sources (capital/ budget plans forecasts market info etc.) to ensure robust planning.
- Track RE supply events (i.e. lease/ contractual/ project timelines) to map against RE housing demand.
- Maintain contingent plan (what if scenarios) to accommodate RE demands.
- With PRE Business Partner agree & sign-off portfolio planning with the business.
- Manage Monitor and report portfolio plan progress and related KPIs. Ensuring events (i.e. transactions) are timely & accurately communicated.
- Generate input for Philips portfolio improvements through market know-how.
- Generate input and follow guidance of portfolio CoE lead on portfolio processes standards and metrics.
- Partner with the Region Leads to strengthen team effectiveness through collaboration across the Regional Delivery team ensuring the team remains coordinated to deliver on stakeholder requirements.
